Documenting and preserving the history, language and customs of Owu Kingdom.
Impact so far
200+ oral histories recorded
An archival project recording the oral histories of elders, documenting traditional practices, and producing teaching materials so that young Owu people grow up knowing where they come from.
The initiative also supports the annual cultural festival and the restoration of significant heritage sites.
